Please come to this forum, invite your friends, and share the information with your friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers. Information will be available in Spanish and English. Call Andres Quintero in my office at 408-299-5026 for more details. Next year, the Census will be in full swing and you will be asked to complete a simple form. It will be safe, easy and very, very important. Census data directly affect how more than $300 billion per year in federal and state funding is allocated to communities for neighborhood improvements, public safety and more. Spending just ten minutes to fill out your census form will help ensure Santa Clara County gets its fair share of federal and state funding. For every person who is not counted, Santa Clara County loses almost $1,200 every year. That's $12,000 per person over 10 years. Learn more about becoming a Census Ambassador to help get the word out in your business, school, or neighborhood. Remember, everybody counts!
