Sec. A25-2. General responsibilities.

The Agency shall:

(a) Administer the personnel and organizational development system of the County.

(b) Manage the labor relations system of the County.

(c) Administer the risk management system of the County.

(d) Provide such other services as are directed by the Board of Supervisors or the County Executive.
