Sec. B25-1. Required real estate disclosures.

Upon the sale of real property within the unincorporated area of the County of Santa Clara, real estate disclosures as set forth in the following provisions of the Ordinance Code shall be made:

(a) Agricultural disclosure and dispute resolution, Chapter IV of Division A33, commencing with Section A33-138.1.

(b) Inspection of nonpublic water systems prior to sale of a dwelling unit, Chapter VIA of Division B11, commencing with Section B11-179.
