The Clerk of the Board is the state-mandated custodian of records for the Board of Supervisors. The Records Division within the Office of the Clerk of the Board maintains the current and historical records of all Board actions. As such, the unit retrieves and maintains the original copy of all materials that come before the Board of Supervisors, Board Committee meetings, Board correspondence as well as records for Advisory Boards and Commissions and Conflict of Interest filings.
