All Department of Child Support Services cases are heard at 99 Notre Dame Avenue in San Jose in courtrooms 94 and 95. Commissioners are John Schroeder and Constance Jimenez.

Parents who have business at the courthouse can leave 2-5 year old children in the Waiting Room with a licensed child care person. For information call 408.882.2900 then select option 8 for the Children's Waiting Room.

The Family Court Clinic is at 99 Notre Dame. It helps people who cannot afford an attorney represent themselves in Family Court. Also at 99 Notre Dame is the Self Service Center. It helps people find attorneys, decipher legal processes, and use computers available to the public.

The office of the Family Court Clerk is at the same location. If you receive a Summons & Complaint and want to file an answer to it (which is included in the Complaint) you can take the answer to the Clerk’s Office.
