Home Study Supervision Program

A self directed 12-modular home-study course in basic supervisory concepts and practices is available to all non-supervisory employees who consider entering management. A unique feature is that each participant must select a manager as a mentor and coach.

Who Should Attend:
Any non-supervisory employee who has and interest in moving into supervision
