This program will help you to increase your communication skills in difficult as well as in everyday situations.  It will help you build collaborative skills and develop personal initiative and trust in your organization.  In our 'cohort' format, you will have an opportunity to meet and network with individuals from throughout the county who have responsibilities and experiences similar to your own.

This program is a solid foundation for a new manager as well as a refresher for someone more seasoned.  In addition to the core class, you must also attend "Sexual Harassment Prevention for Managers, Supervisors and Leads" and "County Specifics" in order to earn your Leadership certificate.

We offer a variety of schedule options, so please pick the class that works best for you.  Each cohort consists of multi-day sessions which you must agree to attend.  Upon completion of all required courses, you will be invited to attend a graduation ceremony and presented with your Leadership Certificate.
