The New Employee Orientation Program provides recent hires with an introduction to the County and the services and benefits provided to its clients and employees. This four-hour program is designed to impart the goals and values of the organization and the role each employee plays toward achieving these goals. New Employee Orientation is mandatory for new hires within two months of starting work. The agenda includes the following:
