This program will help you to increase your communication skills in difficult as well as in everyday situations.  It will help you build collaborative skills and develop personal initiative and trust in your organization.  In our 'cohort' format, you will have an opportunity to meet and network with individuals throughout the county who have duties and responsibilities similar to your own.

This program provides a solid foundation for a new employee as well as a refresher for someone more seasoned.  In addition to the core class, you must attend "Sexual Harassment Prevention for Non-Supervisors" to earn your certificate form the Working Together Workshop.

The schedule options are varied, so please pick the class that works best for you.  Each cohort consists of multi-day sessions which you must attend.
