Mission Statement

Assist the County Government to create and manage a diverse organization where respect, empowerment, and inclusion are the way the County does business.  To this end, we conduct outreach; resolve problems; provide education, skills development, and forums for open communication; and enhance the participation of small businesses in County contracting opportunities.
