In response to employers demand for qualified candidates, the Employment Connection has initiated the Employment Connection Affiliate Program.

The Employment Connection Affiliate Program is designed to offer employers a large pool of qualified applicants through our partnership with placement staff working at local community colleges, community based organizations and private vocational schools.

The Employment Connection has developed a database of over 200 job placement professionals representing candidates offering a broad range of worker skills.

An Example of How it Works:
An employer calls an Affiliate of the Employment Connection with a request to fill 20 entry-level clerical jobs. The Affiliate, who might have a range of qualified candidates available for entry-level clerical work at any one time from a few to many, this time has only 4 candidates. The Affiliate wants to be actively involved in solving the employers staffing needs.

What to do?
The Affiliate job placement professional, following a review of the Affiliate database, knows that there are 89 Affiliates that have qualified, entry-level clerical workers.

At this point the Affiliate will rely on their own relationship with this particular employer and determine the best way to meet the employers need to fill the 20 entry-level clerical work positions. The Affiliate might offer to host or facilitate a specialized recruitment fair at their facility and invite other Affiliates that have qualified candidates to pre-screen and send these job applicants to the recruitment fair.
