The Employee Services Agency (ESA) supports the Board of Supervisors and County Executive in achieving the County's missions and goals; and provides services related to the needs of the County workforce, minimizes the impact of losses and claims on the County. ESA Administration includes Fiscal Systems, Executive Recruitment and Appeals Officer functions as well as administrative support and policy guidance to ESA Departments. Support is also provided in other assigned areas.
