The administrative manager of the IPM program is the “County IPM Coordinator” whose responsibilities include developing administrative and procedural guidelines that comply with ordinance requirements, and to engineer, facilitate, train and coordinate interdisciplinary IPM practices. To facilitate departmental supervision, each County department has appointed one Departmental IPM Coordinator to assist the County IPM Coordinator in the implementation of IPM strategies. The County IPM Coordinators facilitates the quarterly IPM-TAG meeting. Prior to each meeting the agenda & schedule is displayed on the public notice board to encourage active participation by the public in the IPM process.
