The Quality Systems Evaluation is a comprehensive audit developed to thoroughly evaluate IPM supplier's quality system, its delivery and compliance to IPM ordinance. County IPM Manger will be assisting user departments in IPM quality control and assurance process. IPM project performance will be measured statistically, continuously improved to achieve its objectives, while maintaining pest free environment.
Department IPM Coordinator should assist in quality auditing of their IPM Programs, while County IPM Coordinator will ensure the compliance and performance overall.
