Recycle Separated Materials
Discuss your recycling goals in advance with the recycling facility you plan to use. Call first to confirm that your materials will be accepted. Separating construction and demolition debris by individual material type may result in lower recycling fees. Garbage such as lunch waste, food packaging and dirty drop cloths are not recyclable.
Hazardous Waste such as asbestos containing materials, solvents, paint thinners, mercury switches, pressure-treated and creosote-treated wood are not recyclable.
