Santa Clara County?s FY09-10 Community Services and Supports (CSS) Annual Update was approved the California Department of Mental Health (DMH) on August 31, 2009. The Annual Update requests to transfer $2,000,000 in CSS funds to the County?s Workforce Education and Training (WET) Component, which was approved on August 27, 2009. In addition, the Annual Update requests to transfer $6,456,000 to the County?s Prudent Reserve. Below, please find a copy of the final approved CSS plan.
