At the Stakeholder Leadership Committee (SLC) meeting held on October 16, 2009, members of the SLC and other stakeholders expressed their preferences and prioritized the 148 Innovative Ideas submitted by stakeholders.
Rather than predetermining how many ideas will be developed into work plans, the Mental Health Department (MHD) has analyzed input from October 16th and will present options at the November 20th SLC meeting. Please review the Innovative Ideas Input Summary under “Attachments” below.
This will allow for the community to comment and consider the results of the prioritization outcomes. SLC members and other stakeholders will also review and endorse an approach and process for selecting ideas that will be developed into work plans.
MHD will hold public meetings in which stakeholders may help shape the scope and major components of each INN work plan. Please review the revised INN Planning Graphic under “Attachments.” The process will be further explained on November 20, 2009.
