2. Closing Cost Assistance
3. Interest Rate Buydown, or
4. Any combination of the above.        

Loan Term and Rate

30 year, deferred @ 2% interest for 4 years then 0% beginning in year 5

Deferred = no payments. Loan due upon sale, a cash out refinance, or transfer or ownership.
