The Procurement Department disposes of surplus County property that is no longer required for County purposes. If the property is not identified for use by any County agency/department, the property is made available for sale or donation. This is done in accordance with California Government Code 25504 and County of Santa Clara Ordinance Section A 34-90, Disposal of Personal Property no longer needed.
