   Montague Expressway Pavement Rehabilitation ( ESPL-5937 [132] ):   The work consists of excavating roadways and repairing damaged pavement; grinding transverse and longitudinal pavement conforms; placing crack seal and filler; removing and reconstructing curbs and gutters; constructing concrete curbs in the medians; adjusting manhole covers and utility boxes to grade, removing and placing thermoplastic striping, pavement markings and markers; placing rubberized asphalt concrete overlays; and replacing detector loops, hand-holes and pull boxes at several   locations   along Montague Expressway, between highways 101 and 880.
