On December 3, 2002, County of Santa Clara Roads and Airports Department held a meeting with Utility Companies to discuss a proposed Trench Cut Ordinance. During this meeting, the Utility Companies requested a copy of the Chec Consultant's Trench Cut Damage Evaluation Report.
