On-line orders are available for Birth, Death, and public Marriage Certificates and Official Records using slightly different methods.  Use the following links as described:

This link will transfer you directly VitalChek website where you will enter the desired certificate information and order information.  The Clerk-Recorder''s Office will search our records for you as part of your order.  Note that VitalChek is a third-party and there is a convenience fee of $6.00 per order.  Due to Senate Bill 247,  birth and death certficate orders will require you to download an authorization form, get it completed, and fax it to the Clerk-Recorders Office.  Instructions appear on the VitalChek site.

This link will transfer you to the Clerk-Recorder''s Search site (PARIS) where you may search the index for the records you wish to order.  Once you find your record, you will see an Order Copy button which will allow you to order that particular document.  You will be transferred directly to a VitalChek on-line order system. Note that VitalChek is a third-party and there is a convenience fee of $6.00 per order.
