Director of Nursing position and $102,911 from Acute Psychiatry
Services to Nursing Administration, reduce appropriations for services
and supplies by $177,574 in the Mental Health Department, and restore
$280,485 in contract services for patients' rights and legal advocacy,
with no net fiscal impact on the FY 2010 Recommended Budget.

Office of Homeless and Housing Support Services: Approve additional
revenues of $778,400 in Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) revenue and
$40,000 in reimbursements, and allocate $296,559 unencumbered MHSA
funds and $296,559 in Affordable Housing fund balances of the Housing
Plus Fund to the Office of Homeless and Housing Support Services, and
restore $688,337 for homeless client programming at Innvision, Mental
Health Advocacy and Momentum, and approve increased expenses of
$678,400 for a new Full Service Partnership Program for homeless
clients and $44,781 for Office of Homeless and Housing Support
Services operations, with no net fiscal impact on the FY 2010
Recommended Budget.

Adult Crisis Residential Services: Accept proposal to mitigate General
Fund reductions in Crisis Residential Services provided by contract
agency Momentum for Mental Health by redirecting existing MHSA funding.
