BOS Closed Session Agenda

State law (the Brown Act) allows the Board of Supervisors to meet privately to discuss certain limited subjects, such as legal strategy regarding a pending lawsuit. The Board typically meets in such "closed sessions" on the Monday afternoon before the regular Tuesday Board meetings. The agenda for each closed session is posted online and can be found through the link below. Public comment on the agenda items is allowed before the closed session begins.
