Employee Benefits and Programs

The County of Santa Clara makes an ongoing commitment to enable every employee to develop their skills to their fullest potential. The County strives to provide for the needs of its customers, the employees of Santa Clara County, by developing and implementing these programs. The programs described here are offered on an ongoing basis through the Employee Services Agency, Department of Equal Opportunity and Employee Development. Many additional programs are provided as departmental needs and resources allow.
