The Department of Equal Opportunity and Employee Development provides workshops to increase the education, awareness and opportunities for discussion, in a safe environment, of controversial legal and social topics such as civil rights, sexual harassment, discrimination, race and other diversity issues. Every six months a list of training classes is offered to County employees and community organizations.
