Restaurant Inspection Records & Food Safety Complaints

For information about foodborne illness complaints or general food safety complaints regarding retail food facilities, you can click on the Food Illness and Safety Complaint Information link provided below. Citizens who suspect that they’ve become ill as a result of eating food purchased at a retail food facility in Santa Clara County or other complaints concerning retail food safety at retail facilities, such as improper food handling or poor sanitary practices, may also be filed with the Department of Environmental Health by telephoning (408) 918-3400.

Retail food facilities are routinely inspected by Registered Environmental Health Specialists from the County of Santa Clara Department of Environmental Health. You can review the inspection results for a particular facility by clicking the link, Restaurant and Retail Food Facility Inspection Records, and then entering the name or address of the Restaurant or Retail facility.
