For over 100 years, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center has been dedicated to high quality, expert and compassionate care. The following information can help you find the right care when you need it.
 
Medical Emergencies. If you have a serious injury or medical emergency, CALL 911.
 
Valley Health Centers. A doctor who gets to know you and who you always see is an important partner for better health. Our primary care doctors are welcoming new patients at health centers throughout Santa Clara County. Call 1.888.334.1000 to make an appointment. Check the navigation on the left to find out specific information about the Valley Health Center closest to you.
 
Valley Specialty Center. Some illnesses and injuries require specialized care. Your primary care doctor can refer you to any one of our medical specialists who practice at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and the new Valley Specialty Center. Visit our Physician Directory to learn more.
 
Express Care Clinic. This clinic provides walk-in care for non-emergency medical problems. In case of emergency call 911. Visit the Express Care Clinic for fast, safe, quality medical care if you do not have a personal doctor or if your personal doctor is not available. No appointments are needed. The Express Care Clinic is located at 751 S. Bascom Avenue and is open from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. seven days a week.
 
Pediatric Urgent Care Clinic. This clinic provides walk-in care for children under 18 years old with non-emergency medical problems. In case of emergency, call 911. Visit the Pediatric Urgent Care Clinic when your child needs immediate attention. The clinic is located right across the street from Santa Clara Valley Medical Center at 750 S. Bascom Avenue. The Pediatric Urgent Care Clinic is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays, and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.

Specialized programs and services include the region’s only Burn Center, the County’s largest maternity and neonatal ICU and a Rehabilitation Center that is a national center of excellence.
