The medical staff of Santa Clara Valley Medical Center includes both primary care and specialty physicians. Our physicians are dedicated to providing compassionate, quality care to each and every patient.

Primary care physician offices are conveniently located throughout Santa Clara County. If you need to find a primary care physician for yourself or a family member, please call 1-888-334-1000. The staff can help you find a doctor that is right for you, as well as help determine which health insurance plan you or your children may qualify for.

Referrals from a primary care physician are typically required for most specialty medical services. If you are a referring physician, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center offers several options.
