Jason Lifshutz, MD
Dr. Lifshutz is a Clinical Assistant Professor of neurosurgery at Stanford University. Dr. Lifshutz provides care at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and other private hospitals in the San Jose area. He is fellowship trained in spinal surgery and has interests in neurotrauma and general neurosurgery. Dr. Lifshutz works closely with community neurosurgeons and primary care physicians to bring the highest level of care to the San Jose community.
Robert Lieberson, MD
Dr. Lieberson attended the neurosurgery residency and spinal cord fellowship programs at Stanford. At Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, he specializes in trauma and pain management. Dr. Lieberson’s research interests include the use of stem cells in spinal cord injury and the effects of anti-coagulants on the neurotrauma patient.
Gregg Howes, MD
Dr. Howes is a Clinical Instructor in neurosurgery at Stanford. Dr. Howes has completed a functional neurosurgery fellowship at Stanford before coming to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. He specializes in general neurosurgery, in movement disorders, and in stereotactic neurosurgery. Dr. Howes works closely with primary care physicians and specialists at SCVMC and in the community.
Ed Rustamzadeh, MD
Dr. Rustamzadeh is a Clinical Assistant Professor of neurosurgery at Stanford. He provides care at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and other private hospitals in the San Jose area. Dr. Rustamzadeh is fellowship trained in spinal surgery with interest in spine trauma. Dr. Rustamzadeh is committed to providing world-class general neurosurgery and he works closely with community neurosurgeons and primary care physicians to bring quality care to residents of Santa Clara County.
