The County of Santa Clara supports the establishment of mutually beneficial Sister County affiliations to foster exchange of art, commerce, culture, education, and technology consistent with the goals and objectives of the County of Santa Clara Sister County program. To aid the County in evaluating your group’s proposed Sister County, please provide the following information as thoroughly as possible. Use additional sheets as needed. Mail your application to the address below.
Sister County Affiliation Moratorium
Effective May 22, 2007, the County of Santa Clara Board of Supervisors has placed a moratorium on Sister County Affiliation applications for one year. The Board may consider revisions to the application process during the moratorium.
