This web site is designed to share the vast experiences, challenges, and benefits of creating a responsive system of care on school sites.
The Santa Clara County School-Linked Services System is a unique collaboration between the departments of Public Health, Drug and Alcohol, Probation, Mental Health, Social Services, Ambulatory Care, Schools and Community Members. The intent of the system is to provide easily accessible services that will maximize the learning potential of all students.
