When you receive a prescription from your Plan Physician, have it filled at any Plan Pharmacy or to request refills, simply call the "Automated Prescription Refill System" at the telephone number on your prescription label and as needed the Plan Physician will be telephoned.

Our Pharmacies have an "Automated Prescription Refill System". To use this system, call the phone number on your prescription label and have your VHP ID Card available. The system will walk you through the process and will let you know when it will be ready for pick up.
