Mission Statement
As part of our commitment to ensuring the highest level of integrity and ethical customer service, the County of Santa Clara has established the 24/7 Whistleblower Program, providing both the public and County employees with an opportunity to submit a report of concern of suspected fraud, misuse or waste of County resources, misuse of government funds, improper activities by County officials, employees, and contractors.

What's New

Reports of concern may be submitted electronically via email or online via electronic form. Reports of concern can also be submitted by telephone by calling the Toll-Free number (888) 302-7743. Telephone submittals may be made during normal business hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. All calls received outside of normal working hours, will be forwarded to the Hotline Message Center. Whistleblower reports may be submitted anonymously, however, anonymous complaints may be more difficult to investigate or review due to the unavailability to contact the source for further clarification.
