Santa Clara County's Online Real-Time Traffic Video Service you seek has been removed from service while it is being renovated.
The renovation is expected to be completed and in operation during the 3rd quarter of 2012.
The renovation's three principal features are:
replacing analog video with digital video and traffic video image analytics,
upgrading the network infrastructure in the field,
and converting to Traffic-Responsive (TR) adaptive signal timing
on the County's expressways and in the immediate vicinity of the Valley Medical Center on Bascom Avenue at US 280.
