Sec. A2-3. Vote required on appointments and removals.

All appointments made by the Board of Supervisors and all appointments which are required to be ratified by the Board of Supervisors shall be by a majority vote of the entire membership of the Board. Wherever the Board has the power of removal of any officer or appointee, it shall require a vote of three-fifths of the members of the Board of Supervisors.
