Sec. A5-4. Boundaries of District 4.

The boundaries of Supervisorial District No. Four shall be as follows:

Beginning at the point of intersection of the boundaries between the City of Saratoga, the City of Campbell, and the Town of Los Gatos, at the centerline of San Tomas Aquino Creek, at Pollard Road; thence meandering easterly along the common boundary between the City of Campbell and the Town of Los Gatos to the intersection with the centerline of State Highway 17; thence southwesterly along the centerline of State Highway 17, also being the common boundary for the Town of Los Gatos and an Unincorporated Area, to an angle point in said common boundary for the Town of Los Gatos and an Unincorporated Area, said point also being the intersection with the northwesterly prolongation of the centerline of Wanda Lane (as it formerly existed), currently lying within the right of way of State Route 85 (West Valley Freeway); thence southeasterly along the common boundary for the Town of Los Gatos and an Unincorporated Area, also being the said northwesterly prolongation and said centerline of the former Wanda Lane within said State Route 85 to the intersection with the westerly boundary of the City of San Jose at South Bascom Avenue; thence meandering southerly and easterly along the common boundary of the Town of Los Gatos and the City of San Jose, to the easterly Town limits of the Town of Los Gatos, being approximately 100 feet west of the intersection of the centerlines of Begonia Drive and Blossom Hill Road; thence leaving the Town of Los Gatos boundary and continuing in an easterly direction along the centerline of Blossom Hill Road to the intersection with the centerline of Almaden Expressway; thence northerly along the centerline of Almaden Expressway to the intersection with the centerline of Curtner Avenue; thence southwesterly along the centerline of Curtner Avenue to the intersection with the centerline of Meridian Avenue; thence northerly along the centerline of Meridian Avenue to the intersection with the centerline of Fruitdale Avenue; thence easterly along the centerline of Fruitdale Avenue and its prolongation to the intersection with the centerline of Los Gatos Creek; thence meandering northerly along the centerline of Los Gatos Creek to the intersection with the centerline of Park Avenue; thence westerly and northwesterly along the centerline of Park Avenue to the intersection with the centerline of U.S. Interstate 880 (formerly Highway 17); thence southwesterly within the right of way of U.S. Interstate 880 to the intersection with the common boundary between the City of Santa Clara and the City of San Jose at the southeast corner of the Original Incorporation Line of the City of Santa Clara at the easterly line of Section 11 T 7 S, R 1 W, MDM; thence meandering northerly along the common boundary between the Cities of San Jose and Santa Clara to the intersection with the centerline of the Guadalupe River, at Trimble Road; thence meandering northerly along the centerline of the Guadalupe River to the intersection with the centerline of Alviso-Milpitas Road (State Highway 237); thence westerly and southwesterly along the centerline of Alviso-Milpitas Road to the common boundary between the City of Santa Clara, the City of San Jose, and the City of Sunnyvale, at Calabazas Creek; thence meandering southerly along the common boundary between the City of Santa Clara and the City of Sunnyvale, to the intersection with the centerline of El Camino Real (State Highway 82), said intersection is approximately 150 feet east of Helen Avenue; thence meandering southerly along the common boundary between the City of Santa Clara and the City of Sunnyvale to the common boundary between the Cities of Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, and Cupertino, at Homestead Road and Swallow Way; thence southerly along the common boundary between the City of Santa Clara and the City of Cupertino to the centerline of Stevens Creek Boulevard; thence easterly along the centerline of Stevens Creek Boulevard to the centerline of Stern Avenue at the common boundary between the Cities of Cupertino, Santa Clara, and San Jose; thence along the common boundary between the Cities of Cupertino and San Jose southerly, easterly, and southerly to the intersection with the centerline of Bollinger Road; thence easterly along the centerline of Bollinger Road to the intersection with the centerline of Lawrence Expressway; thence southerly along the centerline of Lawrence Expressway to the intersection with the centerline of Prospect Road, said intersection being on the common boundary between the City San Jose and the City of Saratoga; thence meandering easterly and southerly along said common boundary between the Cities of San Jose and Saratoga to the intersection with the centerlines of the San Tomas Aquino Creek and the Union Pacific Railroad (formerly Southern Pacific Railroad), said intersection being at the common boundary for the Cities of Saratoga, San Jose, and Campbell; thence meandering southerly along the centerline of the San Tomas Aquino Creek, also being the common boundary between the Cities of Saratoga and Campbell, to the point of beginning.
