CHAPTER III.
MEETINGS*

Editor's note--Ord. No. NS-300.524, § I, adopted Aug. 10, 1993, repealed former Ch. III, §§ A5-31--A5-47, in its entirety, which pertained to rules of procedure. Section VIII of said Ord. No. NS-300.524 added a new Ch. III to read as herein set out.

Sec. A5-31. Time and place of meetings.

Regular meetings of the Board of Supervisors shall be held in the chambers of the Board of Supervisors in the County Government Center, 70 West Hedding Street, San Jose, California, or in another location conspicuously posted. Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. shall be the regular meeting time of the Board unless the Board adjourns to another date and time or, consistent with general law, notices a meeting for another date and time.

Sec. A5-32. Emergency meetings.

Emergency meetings of the Board of Supervisors shall be called as provided by general law.
