CHAPTER II.
JUVENILE JUSTICE COMMISSION*

Sec. A6-19. Establishment.

There is hereby established a Santa Clara County Juvenile Justice Commission.

Sec. A6-20. Membership.

The Commission shall consist of not less than seven and not more than 15 members who shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Juvenile Court Law of the State of California (Welfare and Institutions Code § 225 et seq.). The term of each member shall be four years. No member shall be eligible to serve on such Commission for more than three consecutive terms in addition to any portion of any unexpired term which may have been served.

Sec. A6-21. Duties.

The Commission shall discharge the duties and responsibilities set forth in the Juvenile Court Law of the State of California.

Sec. A6-22. Reserved.

Editor's note--Ord. No. NS-300.283, § 1, adopted May 8, 1979, specifically amended the Code by repealing § A6-22, which pertained to the Delinquency Prevention Commission. Said section had been derived from Code 1954, § 3.2.8-4, and Ord. No. NS-300.92, § 1, adopted March 7, 1966.
