Sec. A6-101. Membership.

The Commission shall consist of seven members, one member to be allocated to each supervisorial district and shall be appointed by the respective Supervisor. The order in which appointments may be made shall be established among the supervisorial districts by lot upon the establishment of the Commission, and such order shall thereafter continue as established. The remaining two members shall be appointed one each by two eligible Supervisors on a rotating basis. The rotational sequence for the making of these two latter appointments shall be determined among the supervisorial districts by a separate lot upon establishment of the Commission, and shall thereafter continue as so determined. A vacancy shall exist and shall be reported to the Board of Supervisors whenever a Commissioner fails to attend more than three consecutive regular meetings of the Commission without good cause entered on its minutes.
