Sec. A6-102. Classification of membership.

Three members shall be representatives of the County aviation community, and shall be active pilots, aircraft owners, fixed base operator (FBO) owners, representatives for aircraft users, or employees in the airlines industry. Four members shall be appointed from the general public, and shall not be active pilots, aircraft owners, fixed base operator (FBO) owners, representatives for aircraft users, or employees in the airlines industry. These definitions shall apply subsequent to June 3, 2005.
