Sec. A6-103. Terms of members.

Each Commissioner shall serve a term of four years ending on July 1 of the fourth year, except that the terms of the first Commissioners shall be staggered as provided in Section 506 of the County Charter, such that on each succeeding July 1 the term of at least one of their number shall expire.

The first appointees shall draw lots at the first meeting of the Commission to determine the term of each initial Commissioner. The initial Commission shall be so composed pursuant to the drawing of lots that two members will serve a term of four years, two members will serve a term of three years, two members will serve a term of two years, and one member will serve a term of one year.

Thereafter, no member shall be eligible to serve on such Commission for more than three consecutive terms in addition to any portion of any unexpired term which may have been served.
