Sec. A6-155. Action of the Board.

The Board of Supervisors, upon consideration of the board and commission reports, shall reaffirm, dissolve or amend the establishing ordinance or resolution in accordance with its evaluation of the report submitted. Should the Board fail to take any action within 30 days of the submission of any report, the subject board or commission shall be automatically dissolved in an additional 60 days, unless the subject board or commission is specifically mandated by state or federal law, or the Santa Clara County Charter.
