Editor's note--Ord. No. NS-300.233, § 3, adopted Nov. 30, 1976, specifically amended the Code by repealing Div. A12 1/2, §§ A12 1/2-1--A12 1/2-9 which had pertained to elections and records. Said sections had been derived from Ord. No. NS-300.169, § 3, adopted Jan. 2, 1973, and Ord. No. NS-300.200, § 1, adopted Jan. 14, 1975.
