Sec. A21-11. Reserved.

Sec. A21-12. Negotiation, approval of lease.

The County Executive shall designate the appropriate County agency director or directors whose staff personnel shall negotiate the terms and conditions of any leases which are exempt from public bidding requirements. All leases shall be in writing and shall be approved as to legal form by the County Counsel.

Sec. A21-13. Execution.

All leases shall, when practicable, be executed by the lessee prior to being submitted to the Board of Supervisors for execution by the County. Except as provided by Section A21-11 of this Code, no lease shall be binding upon the County unless and until execution of the lease by the chairperson of the Board is approved by majority vote of the Board of Supervisors.
