Sec. B1-14. Permit issuance, denial.

The Sheriff shall issue a permit to every applicant requesting one within two days, not including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, of receipt of the application and all required information, except where it appears to the Sheriff that the proposed distribution would result in the violation of any law, including California Penal Code § 311.1.
