Sec. B1-15. Scope of permit.

The permit shall authorize the distribution or delivery of handbills, dodgers, circulars or other advertising matter for the period specified in the permit but not to exceed six months. The person to whom the permit is issued, his agents, partners and employees, shall be authorized to distribute or deliver advertising matter pursuant to such permit. No person whose employer, principal or partner has no permit, or who has no permit himself, shall distribute or deliver advertising matter.
