Sec. B1-16. Permit revocation.

Permits may be revoked by the Sheriff when he finds any permittee or his employee, agent or partner distributing material which violates any law or applicable ordinance. A permit may be revoked when advertising matter is distributed by a permittee which is substantially different from that described in the application and permit. Three permit revocations may be grounds for denial of any application for a permit whether such application is made by an individual, his partner, agent or employee.
