Sec. B1-17. Appeals.

An appeal from the decision of the Sheriff to deny or revoke any permit may be made to the Board of Supervisors upon filing a written notice of appeal with the County Executive within five days of the action of the Sheriff complained of. Such notice shall specify the basis of the appeal and shall include a copy of the advertising matter attached to the appeal.
