Sec. B5-21. License plates, registration cards.

The County shall provide bicycle license indicia furnished by the State of California. Each indicia shall bear a unique license number and shall be permanently assigned to a bicycle. It shall be the duty of the Sheriff's Department to attach one such indicia to the front side of down tube and to issue a corresponding registration card or receipt to the licensee upon payment of the license fee herein provided for. The Sheriff's Department shall also keep a record of the date of issue of each license, to whom issued, and the number thereof.
